The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Maintaining and improving the Engineering Department's Enterprise Excellence initiatives, including the 6 S Program, Gemba Program, and Shingo methodology • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the Engineering Department • Implementing lean initiatives aligned with business strategies • Managing departmental and site-specific KPIs and reporting • Leading problem-solving activities using various improvement tools and training activities • Deploying lean six sigma and other CI tools and techniques to drive project success **Key Responsibilities** • Manage risk to the achievement of an organization's strategic objectives in the areas of environmental health and safety, asset capability, quality and production • Maintain and improve the Engineering Department's Enterprise Excellence initiatives • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the Engineering Department • Implement lean initiatives aligned with business strategies • Manage departmental and site-specific KPIs and reporting • Lead problem-solving activities using various improvement tools and training activities • Deploy lean six sigma and other CI tools and techniques to drive project success **Requirements** • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Engineering/Science • 3 years experience working in a manufacturing/engineering/science environment • Knowledge of an Automated Manufacturing Environment with a good solid understanding of FMCG
