Operational Excellence Manager sought to drive continuous improvement and lean thinking in a multinational company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, engineering, and leadership, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations and 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
The role involves managing the site strategy, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, and driving strong systems-thinking campus-wide.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the site strategy Delivering Excellence process
- Embedding a culture of continuous improvement
- Driving strong systems-thinking campus-wide
- Managing the process for timely Continuous Improvement reviews
- Managing and coordinating benchmarking visits to other sites
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Engineering field
- Masters preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations
- 5+ years in leadership capacity
