Responsibilities: Oversee daily team operations, managing personnel deployment, workload, and shift activities to meet goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering continuous learning and running effective training programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients, ensuring effective communication and handling customer complaints. Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness in team operations. Monitor team performance using KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and enhancing service delivery. Manage team budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and controlling expenditures to support project success. Collaborate cross-departmentally to align objectives, coordinate efforts, and influence positive outcomes. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in team management, operations, or security, with 5 years in a supervisory role. Proven leadership in mentoring teams and ensuring high performance and quality control. Expertise in managing daily operations, shift scheduling, team deployment, and process optimisation. Strong experience in resolving customer complaints and improving service delivery. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools for operations management. Skilled in tracking performance metrics, monitoring KPIs, and implementing process improvements.
