Deploy and Coach Teams
- Deploy and coach teams on 8-Step Problem-Solving Process, Task Breakdown Sheets, Leader Standardized Work, Process Mapping and Value Stream Mapping
- Partner with the Global team to deploy Target Conditions to the Warehouse including the deployment of Tier, 5S, value stream mapping, Leader Standard Work, 8 – Step Problem-Solving and MPS Tools

Project Management
- Project Management of Target Condition Projects
- Update on our Production System at Governance

Relationship Building
- Build Strong Relationships with Agile Teams, People Leaders and Global MPS and Global Learning and Development Partners

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
- Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to coach and mentor self-directed teams through complex problems solving

Continuous Improvement
- Ability to challenge the status quo with a continuous improvement mindset

Lean Tools and Methodologies
- Proven ability in using a wide variety of lean tools and building capability within teams

Change Agent
- Change agent who will apply the CEM Change Execution Methodology through project/programme deployment
Requirements

Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science in Science, Engineering or Equivalent
- A masters or MBA is desired
- Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Leader Qualification is desired
- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a highly regulated industry
- Experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Spotfire and PowerApps and MS Office Products
- At least 5 years' experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry is desirable
