We are recruiting an Operational Resilience Coordinator to join our AXA Ireland team. As our Operational Resilience Coordinator, your main mission will be to support the Operational Resilience manager with delivering Operational resilience strategy, governance and processes. You will collaborate closely with business units across AXA Ireland to develop, implement and maintain a robust and resilient environment that includes Operational Resilience, Business Continuity and Crisis Management and IT Service Continuity models. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. You will assist in providing coaching and support across the whole business as well as maintaining (& developing) a suite of KPI's and reports to ensure plans are in place and conform to agreed AXA standards and regulations, alongside other responsibilities that will include: Co-development of strategies, plans and activities to protect processes whose interruption would cause serious damage to the organization or to enable alternative processes. Monitoring, documentation, and expansion of operational resilience maturity. Responsible for carrying out and maintaining business impact analysis of core business processes to determine their criticality. Development and maintenance of business continuity plans for critical business processes as well as definition and execution of tests to measure and evaluate the resilience achieved. Creation of the business continuity risk analysis and the business continuity strategy. Creation of reports and action plans. Attends tests/exercises and supports the business as required, while producing test reports and facilitates the resolution of any issues. Support the Operational Resilience Manager on appropriate Operational Resilience briefings, presentations, workshops and committees. About The Person: Ideally 2+ years' experience in a similar role, such as business administration, operational risk, business continuity, security, audit or another relevant field. Knowledge of risk management best practices would be beneficial and a good understanding of regulatory developments affecting the financial industry. Strong analytical background with the ability to draft reports, collate data, dashboards. Proven stakeholder management, relationship building, influencing and communication skills. An understanding of the Operational Resilience Regulations, Business Continuity Management processes and crisis management processes would be beneficial. Self-driven qualities and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy in commercial environment.
