Operational Resilience Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and align Important Business Service Capabilities based on their stated importance and impact.
- Support business dependency oversight; monitoring of risks and vulnerabilities across all services.
- Support the review and oversight of compliance with the Operational Resilience Policy and Standard.
- Ensure risks and issues are documented, tracked, and reported in a timely manner.
- Lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of operational resiliency, including disaster/business recovery, business continuity management, 3rd-party vendor/outsourcing, corporate risk policies, and standards.
- Strong understanding of risk management practices, including cyber security, and how they apply in Financial Services organizations, including the impact of regulation on operational resiliency matters.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to drive to execution.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of resiliency regulations, jurisdictional requirements, and guidelines for Financial Services organizations.
