Our client is a privately owned investment firm operating across Europe and the US, driving a significant transformation programme across the group. Key responsibilities: • Develop and implement an operational risk framework • Lead the design and roll-out of investment and strategic risk across the group • Work closely with senior leadership team and the board to implement risk governance plans • Collaborate with the Group Head of Risk to ensure effective risk management practices Requirements: • Minimum 10 years' experience in operational risk in an agile investment firm • Exposure to fund/investment risk • Prior experience delivering a risk transformation programme • Detailed knowledge of risk management practices, including modelling, scenario analysis and risk mitigation • Demonstrable experience with modern risk tools and decisioning systems • Ability to communicate, influence and engage with senior executives across multiple locations
