Champions Travel, a leading sports travel company, seeks an Operations Administrative Assistant to support its dynamic team.
Collecting and managing guest information and customer data for events is a key responsibility. This involves:
- Collecting guest information and customer data for upcoming events
- Organising and inputting data to our database and Club databases
- Liaising with clients to accommodate specific requests and ensure satisfaction
- Preparing and maintaining key files and data related to weekly events
- Answering emails regarding order allocations
- Assisting with updating information on our CRM
- Performing other day-to-day administrative duties as required
Exceptional organisational skills, high competency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills are essential requirements. Additional requirements include:
- Ability to make decisions and take initiative independently
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Fluency in Italian, both written and oral
Desirable requirements include:
- Enthusiasm for football and general sports
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Third level qualification
- Flexibility to work varied hours when necessary
