As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join us as an Operations and Administrative Partner. This role will be critical to the success of our startup’s foundational activities and growth.Job Overview:The Operations and Administrative Partner will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations, and assisting with company logistics. Additionally, familiarity with US trading practices will be an advantage, as we aim to navigate international markets effectively. The successful candidate will initially be hired on an hourly minimum wage basis + commission for the first 5 days, after which the remaining terms of employment will be finalized within 1 month.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage general administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and scheduling.Assist in setting up operational processes for the company’s startup phase.Provide support in organizing meetings, managing calendars, and liaising with external stakeholders.Conduct basic research and data management related to US trading and regulatory practices.Support the leadership team in daily activities and ensure all office functions are running smoothly.Ensure compliance with relevant local laws and regulations.Requirements:Proven experience in administrative roles, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.Knowledge of US trading practices is a significant advantage.Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.Based in or near Sandyford, Dublin, with the flexibility to commute to the office as needed.Initial hourly minimum wage for the first 5 days + commission.Full employment terms are to be negotiated and provided within the first month. #J-18808-Ljbffr
