Lead Clinical and Non-Clinical Services at Mercy University Hospital
Mercy University Hospital is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive the delivery of high-quality clinical and non-clinical services. As the Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to provide excellent patient care and ensure the hospital's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Significant experience working at a senior management level in a large complex healthcare organisation.
- Proven track record of developing and applying agreement and performance tracking structures.
- Highly developed knowledge of managing multi-disciplinary professional teams.
- Experience of people/performance management and budgetary management.
- Operational planning and implementation, including strategic planning and options appraisal.
