We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team at Staycity - City Quay Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations and excellent leadership skills.
Key responsibilities include managing the Front Office and Bar/Kitchen teams, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. The successful candidate will also oversee the F&B outlet, collaborate with department heads, and develop operational strategies.
Requirements include previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership and management skills, and knowledge of Front office and F&B operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
