**Operations Efficiency Analyst for Recycling Business Unit** We are seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working Operations Efficiency Analyst to join our Recycling Business Unit on a 1-year fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing the efficiency of various aspects of our operations and providing clear data and reports. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyse data on domestic and commercial customers, including route efficiency, bin weights, and spare capacity * Identify areas for improvement and work with sales to fill spare capacity * Analyse geographic areas within economical range of our depots for potential targeting * Monitor depot checks and provide clear data on same * Assist with providing data on skip collection business performance across all depots * Collect data and information requested by statutory bodies * Participate in audits and provide data as required * Review and test standard operating procedures * Undertake root cause analysis and provide clear data on customer onboarding failures **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role * Strong organisational and analytical skills * Proficient in MS Office Suite * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Flexibility to work across different areas of the business * Proficiency in English language and eligibility to work in Ireland * Experience in waste industry an advantage **About the Company:** Bord na Móna is a leading provider of recycling services in Ireland.
