Job Description
Seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate international student travel, manage services, and develop new products in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end management of international student travel.
- Operate services for student groups, including transport, accommodation, language studies, and excursions.
- Work closely with Educational Tour Operators (ETOs) to manage costs and achieve targets.
- Handle pre-arrival, arrival, and departure documentation with precision and professionalism.
- Upsell package tours and manage individual client services, from airport transfers to excursions.
Requirements:
- A detail-oriented professional with previous administration experience.
- An excellent negotiator and influencer with a knack for customer service.
- Proficient in managing multiple ETOs and developing new products.
- Flexible and available for out-of-office emergency cover on a rotational basis.
- Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with tour operator functions and systems management.
