We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Team Lead with our client based in Leixlip, Kildare. This role is available as a 6 month FTC, reporting to the Operations Manager. For the duration of the contract, the successful candidate will oversee key after-sales technical activities, drive best practices, and ensure seamless service delivery for the customer. Key Responsibilities: Manage after-sales technical activities and ensure the service team meets contractual commitments. Drive best practices and innovative service solutions. Collaborate with account management to identify revenue opportunities. Ensure operational performance aligns with customer and internal KPIs. Act as a role model for safety (SHE) and quality standards. Build customer trust and contribute to future sales. Focus on team development, engagement, and succession planning. Influence new equipment design to enhance serviceability. Skills/Experience: 7+ years in advanced technology, ideally in the semiconductor industry. Leadership, relationship development, and change management experience. Strong commercial, technical, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ISO , and 45001.
