Operations Manager - Dublin 24 Our client, a leading supplier and distributor of flooring products, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Ballymount, Dublin 24. This role will oversee key areas including Warehouse Operations, Transport, and Merchandising. Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets and organizational plans. Identify and address quality control issues and provide solutions for improvement. Design and implement strategies for improving operational performance in all departments. Compliance: Assist in maintaining the company's legal and regulatory compliance. Staffing: Recruit, hire, and train staff across departments to ensure optimal team performance. What we need: Minimum of 3 years in a similar senior management role, with solid experience in logistics, stock control, purchasing and procurement Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing 30 - 40 people or more Strong proficiency with IT systems and tools used in operations management. Ability to think critically and solve problems using data-driven approaches. Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively and fostering a positive team environment. Hands-On Attitude: Willing to get involved and lead by example when necessary.
