Are you an experienced professional in Production or Operations Management within FMCG? If so, we have an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the production of high-quality products, meeting customer requirements and satisfying regulations across UK / ROI / China Maintain efficient operations to decrease expenses and increase revenues Oversee work orders, production schedules, and other records & reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs. Coordinate activities within or between departments Ensure that Business Unit Managers manage their Yield performance and maintain staff by recruitment, selecting and training Accomplish financial objectives by supporting the production manager in forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions. Implement and maintain 5S to company standards Possess authority over all slaughter/boning operations Accountable for meeting customer specifications and audit compliance Skills/ Experience At least 4 years FMCG/Production experience of which at least 2 will have been at senior management level within the Live Food Operations sector Ability to demonstrate effective leadership Excellent project management skills Lean Six Sigma qualification would be advantageous If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge and be part of a dynamic team, hit the apply button and submit your application today!
