Ward Personnel require an Operations Manager for a construction subcontractor and manufacturer in Cork. Responsibilities: Be professional at all times and ensure that customer service is of the highest standard. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company H & S Standards Work closely/schedule with the fitting team. Contact customers and survey contracts in a timely manner. Report any issues encountered during the survey which may have been unidentified at the point of sale back to the sales representative who sold the job. Give surveys to Warehouse Manager for orders. In a timely manner. Work closely with Warehouse Manager to schedule fitting and surveys daily. Attend site meetings with Architects/Engineers and Clients to discuss details/programmes as requested. Resolving and implementing solutions on ones own accord when viable. However notifying management when applicable. Ensure works are carried out on time and on budget. Sign off on timesheets and Annual Leave and forward to Payroll Department Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an operations manager - Construction experience - Proven track record of successfully managing operations - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. €55k+ doe.
