Operations Manager Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to join one of our clients in Dublin. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a motivated and experienced professional looking to advance their career in hotel management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments, ensuring that each area runs smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and maximise revenue. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and brand standards. Manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability by reviewing financial performance and implementing corrective measures where needed. Lead and mentor departmental teams, providing training and development opportunities to ensure staff are highly skilled and motivated. Requirements: Proven experience in a management or senior operations role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. A results-driven approach with strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
