Operations Manager - Leinster Are you a passionate and experienced Operations Manager ready to lead in a dynamic environment that blends retail and hospitality? Salary: €75k - €85k DOE Key Responsibilities: Applying pricing strategies by reviewing merchandising activities, determining sales promotion needs, authorising clearance sales, and analysing market trends Overseeing loss prevention efforts, including maintaining stock accuracy and managing regular cycle counts Upholding brand values and ensuring that standards are consistently adhered to across all operations Managing daily staff deployment to ensure efficient operations Overseeing the maintenance of the facility, its systems, and overall condition Enhancing the customer experience by supporting events and loyalty programs, encouraging repeat business Ensuring retail standards are maintained throughout the store in line with company expectations Communicating effectively and consistently with teams across Warehouse, EPOS, Purchasing Support, Finance, and Marketing Leading and developing a team of managers, providing guidance in recruitment, training, and performance management Coaching and mentoring managers to improve their performance, including planning, monitoring, and appraising job results Ensuring managers meet targets related to sales per square meter, margin, and stock turnover Prioritising the safety and cleanliness of the store environment to protect both staff and customers Maintaining the company's reputation and stability by adhering to legal and regulatory requirements Implementing and managing operational and personnel policies and procedures effectively Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally in both retail and hospitality sectors Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams across multiple sites Strong leadership skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing managers Ability to manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Experience in contributing to the annual budgeting process and managing areas of the P&L Strong understanding of financial metrics, including sales per square meter, margins, and stock turnover Experience in implementing pricing strategies, authorising promotions, and analysing sales trends Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and consistent messaging across departments (Warehouse, EPOS, Finance, Marketing, etc.) Ability to identify operational challenges, analyse data, and develop strategic solutions to improve performance If your interested in the above job please apply today Skills: operations manager multi site manager catering manager regional manager store manager hospitality manager
