Job Description

Production / Operations Manager sought to manage day-to-day operations of manufacturing facilities, ensuring production duties are completed in accordance with the build plan, exceeding customer expectations for product quality, cost, and delivery.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the production Shift Manager team to adhere to strict food hygiene rules and ensure the daily production is delivered. This includes holding regular performance reviews and setting objectives for all production staff, engaging with the production team to ensure current policies and procedures are fully understood and implemented, and developing a good work ethic among the production staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous Production / Operations management experience within the FMCG industry, demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills, and be passionate about people and their development. They will also have excellent organization, problem-solving, and planning skills, with experience of delivering improvements in reduction of waste, labor cost, machine efficiencies, etc.
