Operations Specialist role sought for Pharmaceutical organization based in Louth, requiring experience in OSD production and manufacturing operations efficiency.
We're currently recruiting for a key position within a leading multinational, with a focus on delivering high-quality standards and seamless integration of changes.
Duties include:
- Providing comprehensive oversight of OSD filling line setup, operation, line clearance, and cleaning processes.
- Ensuring all manufacturing operations adhere to standardized protocols for efficiency and compliance.
- Conducting routine inspections and batch record reviews to verify compliance with regulatory standards.
- Leading the investigation of deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence.
- Implementing change controls, ensuring seamless integration of changes with minimal impact on production.
- Conducting training sessions for manufacturing staff to reinforce best practices, compliance, and efficiency in operations.
- Collaborating with a team committed to efficiency and teamwork, contributing to reduced downtime, increased throughput, and high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on warehouse operations.
- Proven expertise in OSD production.
