Operations Specialist / Project Manager Ireland remote (permanent residency must be in Ireland with the right to work) Required start date: ASAP (max 1 months’ notice period) Required end date: 30/06/2025 (18 months duration available- subject to extensions and performance) Engagement type: Umbrella/Limited Work schedule: full time, 39 hours a week, work schedule: 10:00-18:00 The Operations Specialist role is accountable for the management of strategic and operational initiatives and Ad-hoc operational requests across our organization. We are looking for an exceptional individual who has deep experience solving complex business issues across multiple organizations and that can effectively collaborate with resources at all levels. The role will represent in different capacities, work with stakeholders to identify customer & employee experience opportunities and enable strong outcomes. The ideal candidate will be accountable to recommend and implement long-term, durable solutions that improve the escalation experience for internal and external customers. This individual should also bring intellectual curiosity to quickly understand the business and leverage Technology, People and Process to elevate the performance of our organization. A successful candidate will need strong negotiation and communication skills that scale across all levels of an organization. Responsibilities: • Contributes to management of strategic initiatives across teams by monitoring accountability for processes, supporting communications, and reporting to ensure alignment across groups. • Prepare draft of communications and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain effective communication channels within the organization. • Effectively engage with Subject Matter Experts, stakeholders, senior executives, and partner closely with Customer Service & Support delivery leadership. • Enable fact-based decision making through sharing of timely, accurate, and relevant information. Contributes to our organization's workplace culture by supporting the planning and execution of the team’s activities. • Manage the business operation with ad-hoc items as needed. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, Drive team culture and improve employee experience for the internal stakeholders by creating communications, connections, and clarity Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) OR equivalent experience (4+ years of demonstrated project/program management experience). • 2+ years of program management experience Preferred Qualifications; • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant experience. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or relevant experience. • Change Management certification or relevant experience.
