We are recruiting a warehouse supervisor who will be responsible for operations. What do we do? We are a textiles recycling plant who works at a fast pace sorting and grading used clothing from a conveyor belt. Working days/hours will be: Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30 & Friday 09:00 - 17:00 You will be responsible for: - supervising all operational staff - Allocating staff into position including rotation - Training and supporting staff - Team leader - Motivating staff - Support management in strategic decision making Essential - proven work experience as warehouse supervisor and/or managing staff - Effective and efficient - Can do attitude Skills: Warehouse operations Warehouse Team Management Fork Lift motivated
