We are recruiting a supervisor who will be responsible for operations. What do we do? We are a textiles recycling plant who works at a fast pace sorting and grading used clothing from a conveyor belt which then supplies our chain of retail stores nationwide and also gets exported worldwide. Working days/hours will be: Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30 & Friday 09:00 - 17:00 You will be responsible for: - supervising all staff from the belt to machine operators - Monitoring conveyor belt - Support management in strategic decision making - Reporting to management What we are looking for someone who - Has proven work experience as warehouse supervisor or manager - Excellent and strong communicator - Effective and efficient - Delegating - Organised - Problem solver Skills: Warehouse operations Warehouse Team Management Fork Lift motivated
