Drive performance, process improvement, and ensure high product quality in a leading food production company.
Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for managing the production site, introducing new products, and ensuring health & safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage health & safety standards and continuous quality improvement
- Prepare the site for customer audits and ensure audit readiness
- Set and monitor KPIs, optimise production capacity, and control costs
- Lead training, foster team engagement, and drive continuous improvement
- Set clear performance expectations and accountability
- Identify and resolve production issues effectively
Key requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food production and health & safety compliance
- Experience with LEAN Manufacturing and process improvements
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and budget management skills
