Job Title: Operations (Production) Supervisor Location: Leading Food Producer based in Co. Louth Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive with progression opportunities Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (includes Sunday shifts) About the Role: Join a leading food production company as an Operations (Production) Supervisor. Reporting to the COO, youll drive performance, process improvement, and ensure high product quality. Key Responsibilities: Ensure health & safety standards and continuous quality improvement Manage the introduction of new products to production Prepare the site for customer audits and ensure audit readiness Set and monitor KPIs, optimise production capacity, and control costs Lead training, foster team engagement, and drive continuous improvement Set clear performance expectations and accountability Identify and resolve production issues effectively Key Requirements: 2+ years experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of food production and health & safety compliance Experience with LEAN Manufacturing and process improvements Excellent organizational, leadership, and budget management skills Why Join?
