Job Summary: Provide facilities support in the Swords office in Dublin, managing stock and stationery supply, and providing reception support as the first point of contact for visitors and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with contractors, such as plumbers, electricians, and cleaners, to ensure the office is kept tidy and well-maintained.
- Manage stock and stationery supply, including organisation of the stock room, accepting deliveries, and arranging with external partners.
- Provide reception support, welcoming and checking in visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing post daily.
- Manage monthly stock takes and stock requirements for third-party fulfilment houses.
- Raise POs for approval and document spend.
