**Job Description**

The Supply Chain department is responsible for fulfilling activities, planning, and operational implementation of new products across EMEA.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Liaise with contractors to ensure office maintenance and repairs
  • Manage office supplies, including tea, coffee, milk, and kitchen facilities
  • Provide reception support, welcoming and checking in visitors
  • Manage stock, including organisation of stock room, accepting deliveries, and arranging with external partners
  • Raise purchase orders for approval and document spend

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in either fulfilment or facilities ideal but not essential
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task under pressure
  • Good computer skills
