**Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Liaise with contractors to ensure office maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies, including tea, coffee, milk, and kitchen facilities.
  • Provide reception support, welcoming and checking in visitors.
  • Manage stock and stationery supply, including organisation of stock room and arranging deliveries.
  • Raise purchase orders for approval and document spend.
  • Manage monthly stock takes and stock requirements for third-party fulfilment houses.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in either fulfilment or facilities is ideal but not essential.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Good computer skills.
