Facilities Support role in Dublin office, providing reception support, managing stock and stationery, and ensuring office facilities are maintained.

Job Description

  • Liaise with contractors for office maintenance and repairs
  • Manage office supplies, including tea, coffee, milk, and kitchen facilities
  • Provide reception support, welcoming and checking in visitors
  • Manage stock, including organisation of stock room, accepting deliveries, and arranging with external partners
  • Raise purchase orders for approval and document spend
  • Manage monthly stock takes and stock requirements for third-party fulfilment houses
  • Perform general duties to ensure smooth running of Dublin office

Requirements

  • Experience in facilities or fulfilment ideal, but not essential
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail
