Job Description
- Liaise with contractors for office maintenance and repairs
- Manage office supplies, including tea, coffee, milk, and kitchen facilities
- Provide reception support, welcoming and checking in visitors
- Manage stock, including organisation of stock room, accepting deliveries, and arranging with external partners
- Raise purchase orders for approval and document spend
- Manage monthly stock takes and stock requirements for third-party fulfilment houses
- Perform general duties to ensure smooth running of Dublin office
Requirements
- Experience in facilities or fulfilment ideal, but not essential
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
