Department Overview: Supply Chain department is responsible for fulfilment activities, planning and operational implementation of new products across EMEA. The department manages activity for both Retail and Incentive channels across physical and eGift products. Purpose of Role: Provide facilities support in the Swords office in Dublin Providing reception support in the Swords office, first point of contact for visitors and contractors Managing stock and stationery supply in the Swords office This position is full time in our Swords Office Responsibilities: Liaising with contractors such as plumbers, electricians, cleaners etc Ensuring that the office is kept tidy throughout the week Managing any repairs in the office or assembling new furniture Managing incoming and outgoing post daily General duties ensuring the smooth running of the Dublin office, including but not exhaustive of managing office supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, and kitchen facilities Providing Reception support as required Stock management, including organisation of stock room, accepting deliveries and arranging to external partners as required Managing monthly stock takes Managing stock requirements for third-party fulfilment houses Raising POs for approval and documenting spend Providing Reception support as required Welcoming and checking in visitors Other duties as required to support the facilities and fulfilment departments Skills and Experience: Experience in either fulfilment or facilities ideal but not essential Self-motivated Attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Good computer skills Benefits: We offer a competitive range of Employee Benefits that are designed to give all our employees a better quality of work-life, decrease stress and foster a great culture.
