We are currently recruiting foran Operations Programme Support Manager to join the Centra Sales team. The OSM will report directly into the Head of Retail Operations for the Centra Brand and will work closely with the Regional Support Managers Teams and the Territory Managers Working with the other members of the Centra Senior team to manage the day to day operational planning within Centra Sales, including implementing and continually developing improved ways of working. To ensure the policies and ways of working are embedded within the Centra sales team and the resulting KPI's are delivered for all key stakeholders. The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to Developing the brand: Delivery Sales Budget on Commercial plan initiatives. Lead and manage all Cross functional trials eg Centra Next Gen Working on elements of internal brands like F&H/ Clean Cut/ D|F, to ensure plans are implementable at store level. Support the design and delivery end to end commercial plan trials Ensure all execution of key projects Centra Conference /Retail show case / Food leadership projects / In store clusters. Develop RSM Tooling up sessions in conjunction with Trading. Give input to training plans and ensure content is retailer friendly and will deliver on desired outcomes. In store training on key initiatives E-Learning Driving sales: Identifying and acting on opportunities to proactively promote additional sales for occasions, events through store visits. Build best in class executional plans for key events and occasions with RSMs. Actively participating on key commercial cross functional teams such as value for money/ Food leadership / Key commercial plan projects. Co-ordinating with Sales support team the promotional and weekly Retailer comms. Retailer Profitability Set out best practice ways of working that will maximize sales and limit waste. Shrink focus. Payroll by Dept Frequent Benchmark Reporting The successful candidate will have/be: At least 1-2 years experience in a programme management role.. Strong IT skills in Microsoft office especially in Powerpoint and Excel. Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills with the ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels across the division and business and to get things done. Strong commercial acumen, reporting orientated and excellent attention to detail are necessities for this role. It is important that candidates can work on their own initiative, be organised as well as operating as part of the sales Team. Third level Business qualification specializing in Sales/Marketing/Food/Business would be advantageous. Desirable The use of internal systems (Pyramid, Power BI, PASS, iAuditor etc.) and programme management qualifications while not essential would be advantageous. ??????????????
