PE Global is recruiting Operators for a leading multi-national Biotech client in Carlow. This is an 11-month contract position with varying shifts.
As an Operator, you will work as part of an empowered team to aid in the manufacture and reliable supply of product. Your objectives will be achieved consistently with company requirements to ensure compliance, safety, and reliable supply to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inspecting product and incoming materials in a GMP manner
- Using systems such as SAP, MES, and GLIMS
- Maintaining clean rooms, performing housekeeping, and managing materials in production areas
- Contributing to writing/revising operational procedures, training materials, and participating in investigations, change control, and Kaizen events
Requirements:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent education requirement
- Proven organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Trouble shooting skills
- Goal/results orientated
- Preferred apprenticeship, certificate, or diploma in a related discipline
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and codes in Irish, European, and international standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related computer applications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of own department's role in relation to other departments and business processes
- Self-motivated and flexible approach
