Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) Functional ConsultantFull-timeDepartment: Enterprise ApplicationsVersion 1’s market leading Enterprise Applications Practice specializes in Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Payroll Solutions with over 700 Oracle Specialists across the UK, Ireland, US, Australia, India and Slovenia.We deliver consulting and managed services to transform and optimise ways of working for more than 230 customers through the provision of specialist knowledge right across the Oracle product stack – Oracle Fusion Cloud for ERP, HCM and EPM, eBusiness Suite, JDEdwards, Peoplesoft and Hyperion, not to mention extensive expertise in Analytics, Infrastructure, and Integration.We have an exciting growth strategy that will see further rapid growth and opportunity to drive value for our customers into 2024 and beyond.Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) Functional ConsultantTHIS IS A HYBRID BASED ROLE WITH VERY OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO CLIENT SITES AND OFFICE.We are currently in the market for an experienced Oracle Cloud Projects (PPM) Functional Consultant to join our growing Cloud Practice.You will be:Leading and implementing Oracle Cloud PPM (Project Portfolio Management) solutions.Overseeing requirements definition, design and gap analysis.Leading application configuration.Driving forward functional support of technical activities such as data migration and integration.Overseeing testing support, training delivery, post go-live support and other related aspects of functional implementation advice and guidance.You will have experience in the following areas:Oracle Cloud (SaaS): PPM (Portfolio Project Management), Project Financial Management, Grants Management and Project Execution Management.Oracle Cloud Reporting: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio and Smartview.Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology.Experience of working effectively within a team.Organised and self-motivated.Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent projects.Management of change requests through the development and testing lifecycle confirming to project management standards and scope.Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of client SRs.Ensure that clients are supported and kept up to date with latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction.Assist with risk management and change management on projects.Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables.Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.Why Version 1?Strong Career Progression & mentorship coaching through our Strength in Balance and leadership schemes with a dedicated quarterly Pathways Career Development review.A large training budget for accreditations and educational assistance for courses relevant to your role.Version 1 Annual Excellence Awards & our ‘Call-Out’ platform where performance is recognized.Moments that matter & our enhanced maternity & paternity leave policies for life’s journey.Our active ESG & CSR initiative allows you to get involved in local fundraising and development opportunities as part of fostering our diversity, inclusion, and belonging schemes.Quarterly performance-related profit share.Certified Great Place to Work for 10 years in a row.Flexible mix of Remote/Hybrid working options.This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing Oracle ERP Consultancies in Ireland & the UK.Please note that you must have the legal right to live and work in Ireland.This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to a hub office so you MUST be commutable.Ashley Billington, Talent Acquisition - Oracle ERP (Oracle Cloud - ERP, HCM, EPM)+447840839370We are an equal opportunities employer.
