Job Description

Realtime Recruitment is seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS Business System Analyst for a permanent position based in Dublin City Centre. You will be required to be fully onsite for the first 3 months, and then a hybrid work model will follow. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business teams to define requirements and design, build, and test functional and technical solutions. Required Skills and Experience: - Minimum 5 years' experience working with Oracle HRMS is a must have. - Strong knowledge of key Oracle e-BS HRMS and Payroll processes and configurations. - Hands-on experience with Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules. - Oracle e-BS development experience using PL/SQL. - Proven track record of converting business requirements into functional and/or technical specifications. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to continuous learning. - Experience with Oracle APEX and BI/XML Publisher is an advantage. - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud solutions is desirable but not required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide independent support to HR and Payroll business teams. - Serve as a Business Systems Analyst, working with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. - Document configurations, functional designs, and technical designs comprehensively. - Configure Flex-fields, Employee Templates, Special Information Types, Extra Information Types, and more based on business needs. - Develop Oracle e-BS CEMLIs custom solutions using PL/SQL, APEX, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports as required. - Ensure solutions are well-documented and easy to maintain. - Participate in key HR projects, such as system upgrades and migrations. - Provide daily support to HR business users via a helpdesk ticketing system. - Collaborate with team members on project commitments and offer assistance as needed. - Work with Oracle technical support to address technical issues (logging SRs). - Liaise with Oracle Applications counterparts across different teams. - Experience with Business Process Improvement initiatives.
