Our Client are seeking a skilled Orbital Welder to join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing precision welding tasks using orbital welding equipment to ensure high-quality, clean, and accurate welds, critical to pharmaceutical production lines. Experience in high-purity welding and working with stainless steel piping systems is essential. Key Responsibilities: Perform orbital welding on stainless steel piping systems to meet pharmaceutical industry standards. Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Ensure welds meet the highest standards for cleanliness, quality, and accuracy. Work closely with engineering and project teams to meet tight deadlines. Perform testing, inspection, and documentation of welded joints. Adhere to safety regulations and cleanroom protocols within the pharmaceutical environment. Maintain and calibrate welding equipment to ensure optimal performance. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in orbital welding, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Proficiency in welding stainless steel and understanding of high-purity welding processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Valid certifications in welding would be an advantage. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
