Job Description

Supply Chain Administrator sought for a global operation in Dublin, responsible for expediting orders, managing supply chain queries, and analyzing purchasing reports to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.

Duties:

  • Expediting orders and handling supply chain queries from source to delivery
  • Order management, including reschedules, cancellations, and amendments
  • Keeping customers informed of open order status
  • Creating customer reports to identify potential delivery issues
  • Analyzing internal purchasing reports to recognize supply risks and mitigation strategies
  • Reacting to supply chain disruptions and providing solutions
  • Providing proof of delivery information to customers
  • General sales office support administration
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries

Requirements: Level 6 or above in business administration, supply chain, or logistics. Strong organizational and communication skills. Right to work in Ireland required.
