Job Description
Supply Chain Administrator sought for a global operation in Dublin, responsible for expediting orders, managing supply chain queries, and analyzing purchasing reports to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Duties:
- Expediting orders and handling supply chain queries from source to delivery
- Order management, including reschedules, cancellations, and amendments
- Keeping customers informed of open order status
- Creating customer reports to identify potential delivery issues
- Analyzing internal purchasing reports to recognize supply risks and mitigation strategies
- Reacting to supply chain disruptions and providing solutions
- Providing proof of delivery information to customers
- General sales office support administration
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
Requirements: Level 6 or above in business administration, supply chain, or logistics. Strong organizational and communication skills. Right to work in Ireland required.
