Order/Supply Chain Administrator

Salary: 35-40k

Your next company is a highly successful global operation providing solutions to customers across a broad range of industrial engineering applications. They have had an operation centre in Ireland since 2004 and due to growth and an increase in product demand, they are now looking to add the newly created role of Supply Chain Administrator to the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Expediting orders and handling all supply chain queries from source to delivery, working closely with the manufacturing sites in the EU.
2. Order management, including reschedules, cancellations, and order amendments.
3. Keeping key customers informed of open order status.
4. Creating bespoke customer reports for review to identify potential delivery issues.
5. Analysing internal purchasing reports to recognize potential supply risks and identifying mitigation strategies.
6. Reacting to supply chain disruptions and contributing to solving problems and providing effective solutions quickly.
7. Providing proof of delivery information to customers as required.
8. General sales office support administration.
9. Dealing with telephone enquiries.
10. Ability to work in a busy business environment.
11. Flexibility to undertake additional responsibilities as requested by management.

We are looking for candidates with a level 6 or above in business administration, supply chain, or logistics, who are highly organized and possess strong communication skills.
