A role has become available at one of my Orthopaedic Clients for a Sales Specialist. A full training programme is supplied on my clients Orthopaedic Devices but in order to apply for this role you must have previous experience in Surgical Orthopaedics. I am keen to talk with Orthopaedic Scrub Nurses, Clinical Support Specialists or Hospital based Physios who have exposure of working with Consultant Surgeons on post-theatre recovery. I will also consider candidates coming from Commercial Orthopaedic backgrounds such as Sales, Product Specialist, Marketing or R&D. You will ideally be based in Dublin / Ireland East where the majority of your accounts will be (60%), but you will also support customers across the 32 counties as required. Duties: Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis Assist customers with clinical, technical and commercial inquiries Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings Products: Will include a range of Orthopaedic Products (Shoulder) used in a Theatre / Surgical environment. Plus supporting Soft Tissue Portfolio.
