You will lead a team of OSP Telecom engineers that are remote. You will establish and communicate performance expectations, identify and address gaps, and monitor performance to ensure plans are met. This opportunity will allow you to contribute to building a world-class network infrastructure by working with Metro Dark Fiber, Long-Haul Fiber, subsea, and Lit Wave circuits. With a flexible workplace, you can work from home partially or fully and/or come to the office on an as needed basis.Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a OSP Telecom Engineering Manager you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.
