Sales Executive, Outbound Sales at one of Europe's leading online retail groups (ft, 40.5 hours/week) Are you a salesperson with a year or two of relevant outbound experience? Would you like to be part of a close-knit team and work on challenging projects? If so we're looking for you to join 123ink.ie in our Dublin office. We recently set up a new Outbound Sales Department and we want more young, energetic, ready-to-go salespersons to join our team. You're right for the Sales Executive, Outbound Sales role at 123ink.ie because ..... you have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Outbound Salesperson or similar, you’re happy to mine our client database to drive sales growth, you're happy to cold-call target companies to win new orders, you want to become completely familiar with our products and our pricing strategy, you promote sales and marketing activity via marketing campaigns, mail shots, sales blitzes, social and other media, you provide timely, competitive quotes to clients while maintaining profit margin, you provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance, you maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports, you assist with promotional presentations undertaken by the company, you adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. As part of your job you'll ..... work with our Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure new clients receive excellent service and are encouraged to order from us again, deal with any queries or complaints that may arise in a professional and efficient manner, making sure to notify the relevant manager of any problems that have occurred, meet daily with Business Development colleagues and/or the General Manager, ensure that all KPIs for prospecting, proposals and closes are met, maintain contact with all new clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. And you have the following skills and qualifications… excellent spoken and written English, willingness to work hard and quickly learn our business model, recent success at Leaving Cert. or primary degree level, proven ability to drive sales activity and revenue, knowledge of MS Office and an ability to learn our CRM and ERP packages.
