**Part Qualified Accountant Opportunity** Seeking a part qualified accountant with +1 year's experience to join our team in a hybrid work environment with a base in our Dublin office. **About RSM** RSM is a global network of audit, tax, and consulting firms committed to delivering big ideas and premium service to middle-market businesses. We are a fast-growing firm with a clear goal to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. **Our Team** Our Outsourcing Team operates within our Consulting Department, working with domestic, FDI, and Public Sector Clients. This role offers challenging, interesting, and rewarding work within a global network organisation. **Responsibilities** • Manage a portfolio of compliance clients • Prepare and review sole trader accounts and statutory financial statements • Prepare monthly management accounts • Assist with tax and general consulting issues for clients • Assist with the general management of client portfolio and provide ad-hoc assistance as required • Assist with the commercial management of the unit **Ideal Candidate** • Part qualified Accountant with +1 year's experience in a busy accounting environment • Excellent technical/analytical and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Flexibility and team player skills • Ability to work on own initiative taking work to completion stage for partner/manger review • Full, clean Irish/International driver's license desirable **About the Role** This is a permanent full-time opportunity with flexible working arrangements considered.
