Global law firm with offices in Dublin 2 are recruiting a brand new role to support the Head of HR, Office Manager and Head of Operations across the Dublin office as it expands and gets busier.If you are an ambitious PA who who enjoys a varied post with lots of projects you will thrive in this role! 4 days onsite Exceptional benefits Health Insurance, Pension contributions and Bonus scheme You will be a busy PA with a very hands-on and busy role. In this job, no two days will be the same and there are big plans for this person to grow with the business. You will be responsible for managing busy diaries and booking lots of meetings, coordinating travel plans and supporting on office events and projects as they arise. Daily duties for this role will include: Diary management for Heads of HR/ Operations / Site Manager. Organising large meetings, coordinating with Secretaries across the firm to manage diaries and ensure appointments suit all attendees. Travel booking including for the Country Managing Partner. Supporting in all elements of event preparation and execution. Assisting Head of HR in initiatives and ongoing projects as required. Preparation of high-level documents including Contracts, Presentations and meeting packs. Providing day-to-day PA support to the function leads across Business Services. Supporting on ad-hoc projects as they arise. Key skills and experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a Team Administrator or PA in a Commercial Law firm, Professional Services or Corporate environment. Experience managing multiple competing priorities, working with Senior Partners and stakeholders and very busy diaries.
