Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences. Conduct tests and quality checks to ensure packaging meets standards and expectations. Stay updated on industry trends to improve packaging efficiency and sustainability. Support supplier approval by participating in risk assessments, maintaining the Approved Vendor List (AVL), and conducting supplier audits. Experience required for this Packaging Technician job includes: Track record in packaging design and development. Strong knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and practices. Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. Team player with strong project management skills. Proficient in packaging design software.
