Packing/Manufacturing Co-Ordinator
Our client, a leading global healthcare company, is seeking a Packing/Manufacturing Co-Ordinator to join their team on a 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing production paperwork and reviewing batch files
- Maintaining the MCS system and implementing CAPA system
- Investigating ERs and tracking corrective actions
- Supporting statistical sampling and plant audits
- Maintaining quality and manufacturing key performance indicators
- Supporting business excellence projects and plant CIP targets
- Monitoring performance and taking corrective action as necessary
- Participating in production teams and plant cross-functional teams
- Supporting management of materials and finished goods
- Maintaining records and ensuring compliance to cGMP, Safety and Hygiene
- Monitoring department conditions and supporting employee development
- Ensuring production schedules are achieved and site metrics are met
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline (Dairy/Food Science, Business or Engineering)
- Minimum 2 years technical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to schedule production activities and evaluate quality problems
- Experience with statistical techniques and good problem-solving skills
