About the Role Base Location: Perth, Glasgow, Reading, Cardiff, Belfast or Dublin (this is a hybrid role with 2 days per week based in one of our offices) Salary: £33,500 - £53,500 (GB/NI) or €48,500 - €72,700 (ROI) + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing. Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available What is the Role? As our Digital Media Specialist, you will manage and optimise paid digital media campaigns across SSE Airtricity (B2C & B2B) and SSE Energy Solutions brands (B2B) in Irish and GB markets. Working closely with the wider Energy Customer Solutions Marketing Team, this role will support acquisition and retention of customers across Energy and Low Carbon Solution products. As part of your role, you will: - Work with third party agencies to develop, implement, and manage paid media plans and creative across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn etc). - Monitor and optimise campaigns to deliver maximum Return On Investment, ensuring paid digital campaigns are tracked end to end. - Adopt an always on test strategy, considering ad copy, creative and landing page optimisation. - Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results. - Collaborate with the ECS Marketing Team to align paid media plans with overall marketing objectives. What do I need? To be considered for this role, we would love you to have: - Demonstrable experience in a similar role, working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad management platforms. - The ability to craft compelling ad copy and creatives aligned with brand messaging and digital performance objectives. - The ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights. - Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
