Job Description
Experienced panel beaters/spray painters sought for modern workshop in central location.
We are currently looking for 6 skilled individuals to join our team in Athlone, County Westmeath. As a Collision Expert, you will be working with the latest equipment and technology to deliver high-quality repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strip and rebuild damaged vehicle parts
- Repair damaged panels to a high standard
- Remove and fit new welded and bolted panels
- Mix and match paint to match original vehicle colour
- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, filling and priming panels
- Refinish panels by prepping primer and sanding for correct adhesion
- Denib and polish paintwork after refinishing
- Correctly mask off panels from overspray
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment and follow health and safety protocols
- Carry out quality checks on work to ensure adherence to company standards
Requirements:
- Qualified in vehicle body repair and spray painting
- Flexible and able to adapt to new repair methods and instruction from management
- Ability to adapt to using different brands of paint and change application methods
Job Details:
- Full-time position
- Salary: €43,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
