Job Description
Part Qualified Accountant or Assistant Accountant sought for a leading FMCG company in Northwest Dublin, with a strong focus on financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of quarterly and monthly management accounts for multiple sites
- Responsible for period end routines and journal entries across multiple sites
- Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations and Group Reporting
- Weekly cash office controls and Revenue return preparation & submission
- Complete interim & year end audits in accordance with tight deadlines
- Identify and assess risks and inefficiency throughout the business
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of debits and credits
- Part Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or relevant experience
- Ambitious self-starter with positive attitude and commitment to pursuing a career in accountancy
- Hard working and ambitious with attention to detail and strong financial and analytical skills
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with ability to plan and prioritise workloads to agreed deadlines
- Strong communication skills with all levels of stakeholders
Benefits:
- Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in office per week
- Salary: €36,000 - €40,000 (dependent on experience)
