Part- Qualified Accountant Tipperary 6-Month initial Contract ((Strong Potential for Permanence)) Background: We are currently seeking to hire a finance professionalto join our client's professional team in Tipperary. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Controller and & will work as a part of a small team of 5-6 people. The successful candidate will have daily interaction with key stakeholders within a very interesting working environment. Our client is looking for someone with high energy and a pragmatic and flexible approach to their work.You will be asked to collaborate with all levels of the organisation. While this is initially a 6 month contract there is a strong possibility that this will lead to a permanent role. Requirements: Accounting qualification / Part-Qualifiecation (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) some industry experience an advantage. Strong IT skills, advanced excel experience Good analytical skills with an interest in providing insightful commentary as well as financial analysis to stakeholders Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential: Ability to work as a team player and interact with colleagues in AP, AR, Management Accounts and Payroll Ability to prioritise and manage tasks under pressure on an ongoing basis; Excellent drive, enthusiasm and commitment; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Help to deliver management reporting on financial and business performance; The successful candidate will work closely with our operations & commercial teams to provide a daily/weekly/monthly tracker on key business metrics - This will include tracking plant performance supporting the managers of units to maximise returns on yield. Administer our Payments system for our suppliers monthly. Work with our Commercial team to ensure that inputs from third-party suppliers are properly accounted for and invoiced.
