In Limerick, a major real estate project is underway focusing on the redevelopment of the surrounding area in the city centre. The plan aims to transform this part of Limerick into a dynamic mixed-use space that combines retail, residential, and commercial elements. The goal is to revitalize the cityscape by creating a modern, attractive urban environment while preserving the historical and cultural character of the area. Your Profile Were looking for a proactive, Part-Qualified Accountant who thrives both independently and as a key player within our Finance and Property teams. You will have strong MS Excel skills. Familiarity with Bluebox Property Management Software or similar is a bonus, but not essential. Youll need excellent interpersonal skills to interact with tenants and colleagues, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
